Project and Construction Management

With vast experience in both Architecture and Construction, we know that investing in effective project and/ or construction management will ensure that the client’s requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget and that everyone is doing their job properly.

From site preparation to building completion, we can oversee elements of the design and construction processes. Part of this preparation includes developing, organising and reviewing building plans, as well as preparing construction contracts for general contractors.

Restoration, Revitalisation and Renovation

Bringing new life and purpose to old buildings is a challenging but equally rewarding task that requires specialist skill and expertise. From Conservation Area assessments to the restoration of Grade I and Grade II listed buildings we can assist clients in conserving whilst also finding new, viable and sustainable uses for buildings and sites which will ensure their preservation for generations to come.

Our design solutions include original furniture design but also integrate programming, space planning and
conceptual development as tools that positively impact and create healthy environments and enhance performance and productivity (for residential, commercial and offices).
